| The Contact Body Text Options provides the capability to change the headers in the contact body text of Outlook for the Sales Opportunities/Notes and History sections.

| Sales Opportunities Header: This is the header for the sales opportunities.
|
|
|
| Notes Header: The header for the Notes section.
|
|
|
| History Header: The header for the History section.
|
|
|
| Ignore Records With Attachments: When enabled, all records with attachments are ignored.
|
|
|
|
|
| When Convert History/Notes is enabled, the items enabled on the Notes/History To Convert are concatenated and inserted into the contact body text as listed below.
