ACT! Contact Filter Tab

Each user has the following filtering options to convert contacts:  
1.Process All Contacts: All the contacts are converted, including any activities related to those contacts  
2.Process Only Contacts With Calendar: Only contacts that have calendar items (calls, meetings or todo's) that are not cleared are selected for processing.  
3.Process Group: Convert only a selected group and/or subgroups.  
4.Process Only Private Contacts: Convert only contacts that are have the private flag enabled.  
5.Process Only Meetings/Todos/Calls: Convert only the ACT! activities.  
6.Do Not Convert Contacts: No contacts are converted for this user.

Include Private ACT! Contacts. When this option is set, private contacts are included in the conversion. If unset, no contacts flagged as private are converted to the Outlook Folder.  
Match ACT! Record Manager Field for Contacts and Activities. Each ACT! Contact and Activity has a Record Manager Field. When set, only records that have a record manager ID equal to the ACT! User being converted are brought over.  
 
Company Filter Options  
Each user can have an independent set of company conversion options, namely:  
·Do NOT Convert Companies. This indicates that no companies are to be converted when this user is converted.  
·Select All Companies. This indicates that all companies are to be converted to the companies folder when this user is converted.  
·Select Only Companies Owned/Managed by Selected User. Only companies that are owned by this user are converted.
